    Running a successful auto shop, I try to find cost effective options for our clients and places like this are the reason I cannot recommend used part companies.Scam artists and liars- no website, no email.I get it, its a used part, its always a risk, and they are not legally obligated to refund or even replace. That is the truth.The issue here is that they guaranteed us they ran this transmission to ensure it was operable.. ill let the pictures speak for themselves. Check ****** page for them.When we received the transmission we removed the pan to inspect, found metal debris and have been trying for three weeks to get a replacement transmission, and asked to get pictures first to ensure it was **********************.Left with no choice, we disassembled the transmission to find this mess.

    Good luck trying to file a warranty claim. **** has all of a sudden been "out of office" ever since I have tried to get this replacement engine sent. Stay away. Nobody up there is willing to help. 0 stars if it would let me.

    I PURCHASED A TRANSMISSION FROM THEM , THE TRANSMISSION THEY SENT ME DOES NOT WORK AFTER THE INSTLLATION . TRY TO CONTACT THE ***** HE WILL NOT RESPOND , FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB . TODAY I SPOKE WITH **** AND I TOLD HIM I WANT MY REFUNED BACK HE REFUSED , I TOLD HIM I WILL DISPUITE THE CHARGE WITH MY **** HE TOLD ME HE DOES NOT CARE CALL A LAWYER , CALL THE **** , CALL ANYONE YOU WANT I WILL NOT TALK TO YOU AND HANG UP .
