    In December of 2023, I ordered a part from their website. My card was charged, and I received an email confirmation of the order. Nothing for months. I tried contacting them multiple times via email. Once, in April, they responded and said they would 'look into it.' Then crickets again. Do not buy from their website. Do not send them any equipment. You will get nothing from them.

    Ambrogio Espresso (website www.************************************) lists lots of espresso parts. It listed one I needed, and I ordered on-line. Date was Jan 10, 2023. I paid ***** for the part and ***** for shipping. They took my credit card payment right away and generated a receipt. Since then I have made multiple email requests for status updates and have called and left messages, and have never gotten a response.I have a friend at work who said he had the exact same experience with this company and never received his order. When I heard that, I decided to file this complaint. I don't care about my money as much as keeping people from getting swindled by an unscrupulous merchant

    On June 21, 2022, I contacted ****** via email about repairing my Ascaso espresso machine. He agreed to look at it and give me an estimate to fix it. I delivered it to his shop on the same day. Not hearing back from him, I contacted him about 3 weeks later asking if has had a chance to look at it. He said it was on his workbench, but hasn't looked at it yet and will contact me in a day or two with an estimate. It's now been 6 months and I still don't have an estimate. I've contacted ****** multiple times (at least 10 - I have an email string to confirm this) via email and phone trying just to pick up my machine. I also stopped by his workshop at least 5 times, but there is never anyone there. Last time I talked to him on 11/18/22 he promised to deliver the machine to my home the next day. Not only he didn't, but he didn't contact me to arrange a delivery on another day. At this point, I just want to get my machine back, and also warn others agains entrusting their equipment to this company.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    Hi,
    I just wanted to inform you that the action required for the resolution of my complaint (return of the espresso machine) never happened. I have not received any communication from ****** neither has he returned my machine. I consider this case not resolved until I receive the machine back.
