    ZERO Stars!! This businessman overcharges by 5x for computer services. He uses scare tactics about dangerous viruses that bypass useless anti-virus spyware like Norton, McAfee, MalwareBytes, etc), to overcharge his customers, and trap them to buy industrial grade antivirus spyware, ONLY available from experts like him? I had sought his computer services 2 years ago when my recent **** Inspiron laptop had glitchy issues. He serviced it remotely via ********** but then it still died. He talked me into buying a refurbished antique **** Latitude heavy computer to do my basic home business operations with Windiws10 bc he said Windows 11 was glitchy and to wait for an updated ******** forward 18 mos, the **** Latitude E had blue screen of death. I called *** up and he said bring it over and let him take a look. Being a return customer I thought he would take a look assess and give me an estimate of what needs to be done and how much. He turned it on/off 2-3 times, pressed a few buttonswhich took all of 5 minutes. He then rambled about how only he knows how to fix complex problems other tech guys cannot. He then digressed to tell stories of being born-again Christianfor 25 more minutes. Then he told me he charges $150/hour to clean up my computer. He tried to scare me into subscribing for industrial spyware $89/year, renewing every year. He then said if I dont enroll in his packages, he would HAVE to charge me for 1/2 hour consultation to get my computer back up running. I felt very uncomfortable and said Ill take a look at his price sheet after I get home. I refused to pay, and he sent me email invoices, adding more dues, fees from prior years serviceswhich I had already in fact paid in full in the past!! I refused to pay, and warned him that I would *** ****** DBA 3 other entities: *************************, ***************** and ************************** home businesses! DONT FALL for his scare tactics!
