    On December 9th I ordered a holiday gift package for $34.99. On 12/17 I received an email stating that the gift boxes were out of stock and asking if I would like to bottles without the gift box in time for Christmas. I responded that day saying yes I would prefer just the bottles without the gift box. It is now 12/27 and I have not received any update on the order. I have email support 3 times with no response. I even sent a DM on instagram. I am unable to track the order and have gotten no updates via email. At this point I just want a refund or the actual gift.

    ORDER NUMBER TR610111 I ordered an order of 3 hot sauces from truffs. I received a box that was empty .I have corresponded back and forth, but all of that took place in 1 day . Ever since I've heard nothing . They ghosted me. It's their way or the highway . They want to send me a new shipment, I don't want a new shipment due to the way it was received , but also I went and found some bottles I had ordered through them elsewhere. Therefore I don't need anymore. They have a non working phone number so you aren't able to reach them that way. I want to report their buisness I want a refund. I'm willing to.speqk to news channels about it. If a company doesn't have a working number and ghosts you, then they aren't reputable . They said in that first day I wrote them they don't have e access to refunds. Who says that? I'd say a dishonest company . Here is a snipit of that email Hey ****,Thank you so much for reaching out and bringing this to our attention!Regarding your request for a refund, we're currently facing limitations that prevent us from issuing refunds directly at this moment. However, we're more than willing to offer a replacement as a way to rectify this issue. We share your concerns about the possibility of recurrence and assure you that we are taking steps to minimize such risks in future shipments.I do not want a reshipment. I provided photos. This package was marked and dented . I want a refund and a formal complaint against them

    We understand there was a problem with the delivery, and it seems like the package didnt arrive as expected because of shipping issues caused by the carrier. As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

    Were really sorry about that and want to make it up to you.

    We noticed that you might be okay with getting a replacement. If thats still okay with you, wed love to make it happen and will get it out to you as quickly as we can. :)

    Truff launched a A collaboration with hidden Valley Ranch to make a spicy ranch sauce. Then advertised all over sent bottles of the ranch to celebrities news stations made it popular. Offered a limited release on August 30 its sold out in two minutes. The shipping when I checked out said 3 to 5 days. Its now September 22 and theyre telling me its weeks away. They actually cant even tell me when Im gonna get it I keep getting weird corporate emails that are generic. I believe that they falsely made it seem like they have the ranch out and available thats already made and as soon as people purchased a limited edition product I believe they then started going through the process to make it once they had the money. Ive gotten weird run around I really feel like theyre jerking people around I know Im not the only one thats dealing with this. Its been a month and still no answer on when it will arrive .
