    I tried to replace/return my Raycon earbuds about 3 or 4 months ago. When I did this I was left with a time estimation of 5-7 business days to get my order processed. This did not happen and actually took about 2 or three weeks. When I repeatedly tried to contact via email I was left with no answers for a good month before they responded saying my item was out of stock presumably from the amount of time it took processing. My options were select other items or wait for it to come back. Reluctantly I waited and waited only for them to never tell me when they came back and found out myself. When I realized they were back in stock I emailed and they escalated it to another department. After a week they FINALLY confirmed a replacement order...BUT that order is completely wrong and the items are changed from a Raycon audio kit (including headphones and earbuds) along with a Raycon everyday earbuds case, to TWO PAIRS OF EARBUDS. So after waiting a good 4 months for a "resolution" to my problem, they made it an even bigger one by giving me the wrong items entirely and leaving my official return order open. The return with the correct items is still being processed. So they didn't fix my problem they ended up seeing I had one and took the shortest and incorrect path. Leaving me here with not only no hope for getting the things I want from this company, but also an extra pair of earbuds I did not ask for instead of the things I did.

    I ordered the earbuds in October 30th. I received a notification that they were delivered on 11/4. They were nowhere to be found. I contacted customer service and they told me to wait until 11/8 to see if they show up. 11/8 comesno earbuds. I contacted them again and was ignored for days. I finally receive an email and they told me they are working hard on shipping a replacementI confirmed my address and it has been crickets. No tracking info.Terrible customer service. Today is 11/15/23 and my emails continue to be ignored.
