    I hired this business to replace my ac unit and furnace. It was a little pricy but I was willing to pay. I did have a few issues and they were quick to respond. Since the install in June 2022, I have not had any luck contacting this company. With my purchase it came with free service. No luck on that. I am now having an issue with the furnace. I set a temperature and the unit shuts off before reaching it. Then it takes the furnace ***** minutes turn back on. It's frustrating. I have tried any and all numbers listed on the contract and the internet. No luck. I need help.

    Called them for estimate to replace furnace in my 101 year old mother in laws house. Quick to respond did the replacement same day. Now we are unable to get a receipt or invoice for the work and we find he did not get a permit from city of **********. After researching the furnace he installed which sells for $1500 he charged her $7500.00. Having read more reviews I find many others complaining of being over charged. I will report this to Better Business Bureau and city of **********.

    I would like to be reimbursed $1300.00. ***** promised me a $2500.00 dollar furnace, I got one that was $1162.00. I checked the model number on the furnace and thats exactly what I received.
