      The worst insurance ever, thus place us the most unprofessional they lie and say you're late they made my husband come in 2 times in one day to take pictures 8f the car I can't even make this stuff up, if you never had problems before with a insurance company you will make it up with freeway insurance they have nothing but problems do not go to this company I promise you will have problems they are the worst ever

      Alot of help , low price n helped out to match what I have for my down payment . N had pay set up to match my pay day . They were also fast n curtious n left all there info in case of an emergency like an accident. Thank u guys #1

      Easiestmost friendly and professionalinsurance search, EVER! *** agent ******* W! I hadnt shopped in a while and found out through a miscommunication and cancellation with my former company that Id been paying more for less when I contacted Freeway Insurance, who found and matched me with a reputable insurance policy. My day turned 180 and my frown upside down. Very happy! I advise anyone with no tickets or accidents to shop every few years. I have MORE insurance FOR LESS, now.

      I paid $371 to begin a sr22 ins. plan with freeway/ I set up auto pay so I would have no payment problems. They withdrew the initial payment of $371/ Which as I found out really was a $40 admin fee, a $200 broker fee for freeway, and a $131 ins. fee to aspire ins. On May 6th 2025 I received a message saying my auto payment was returned by my bank and I was assessed a $25 late charge. So I called my bank to see what happened. I knew I had the funds for the $84 payment. The bank said there was never a request for the payment. So I called the broker at freeway. I couldnt get an answer out of them as to why this happened.They disconnected twice on me. They said that they were not responsible for the payment failure. But they were. So in order not to have my ins canceled I gave them my bankcard and paid the $84 plus the $25 late charge. I reset the auto pay according to freeway. Then a few days later I get a letter from Aspire saying my auto payment was cancelled and my new monthly fee went up tp $89. I still cannot get a hold my broker and he hasnt gotten back to me. I asked if I could just get my money back and they said I would forfeit the down payment. Bad business. I am not happy one bit.

      I received a call from Freeway Insurance from *********. Explained my situation and he was going to help me get a better rate at a lower cost. He sent me an email and walked me through the ensign telling me there was a deposit that was needed. Then it changed to a startup fee. Later that night my wife and I went over the information since I have dyslexia . And we realized it was not Freeway Insurance. It was ****** insurance. And that the fees are agents fees not a startup or deposit fee ****** insurance doesnt have them. So I called ********* the next day around 10 AM and asked him to cancel the insurance before the payment went to my credit card. He said ok that fine but there is a cancellation fee and he would send me an email. I never received an email for cancellation. So I contacted.****** insurance and they told me that you not ask for a deposit or start up fee. But they do have a cancellation fee of $20 and I was told I would receiving a check for $1200 in the mail when freeway charged my card $1743.46 this company is a scam taking peoples hard earned money. Claiming to be helping all they have done was put me in a financial hardship while taking my money
