    On 04/19/2024 ordered a backpack and paid $309.69 with Sezzle . My money was taken and I received an email stating it would be 3-4 weeks. I have sent numerous emails with no answer to any. I have tried to call and just get a busy signal. I have also tried contacting them through Instagram and nothing. I have contacted Sezzle about a refund multi times but have not heard back yet. I do not understand why ****** would take money for a company that isn't even apparently active. I am trying to get my $309.69 back. Order #*****

    I have purchased from this vendor before and have been pleased. Returned for another purchase, but experienced the same problems reported by other customers here. They collude with Sezzle who forces payment from customers despite product having not been delivered. Sezzle claims its the customers problem and that they are only a payment service. Phone number by vendor does not answer and email go ignored. Seems the company maybe out of business.

    On 3/20/2024 ordered a backpack and paid $499.00 with Sezzle . My money was taken and I received an email stating it would be 3-4 weeks. I have sent 5 emails with no answer to any. I have tried to call and just get a busy signal. I have contacted Sezzle about a refund multi times but have not heard back yet.     Placed an order with Leatherback Gear for a bullet proof backpack on 12/10/23. The payment for $599.99 was taken through Sezzle the same day with delivery estimated between 4-6 weeks. I haven't received any communication from Leatherback Gear since confirmation of order, have sent several emails inquiring about tracking, because even that's not working properly, and every time I try to call the company, it rings busy. I will be reaching out to Sezzle to try to get my money back, but this needs to be reported and the company should not be allowed to accept funds!

    Placed an order on October 27th, 2023. The order was never fulfilled. Managed to file a dispute through Sezzle to get my money back. It is amazing this company still has a functioning website and is still taking orders. Seems like a crime. ********************************* and his crew seem to be doing this with another business as well. Beware of **********************

    Leatherback gear took my money for a back pack I ordered in July 2023 for the amount of ****** saying it would arrive in 6-8 weeks I use to get updates on my order but they stopped. Ive emailed them several times along with trying to call . I get the busy signal every time I try the phone number. Looking through ******** theres people waiting for longer than I have been. The best thing about this company is theyre still taking orders ! All I wanted was to get this book bag for my daughter who is a teacher, praying shed never had to use it . But having it in her classroom praying it would help if needed . I just hate seeing more people keep sending them money knowing they will get taken by this company .

    We ordered a backpack for $149.99 plus $39.95 for shipping ($189.94 total) on February 8th, 2023 with an estimated 3-4 week backorder time.Order number was *****. Today is Oct. 23, 2023 and we have yet to receive the order. Leatherback Gear's phone number no longer works and no one has responded to our emails.

    We ordered a bulletproof backpack with Leatherback Gear. Their website had no option for payment except to go with *********** We paid with credit card. Did not receive order after 2.5 months. Called our bank to dispute the charge. Now Sezzle is threatening us with credit bureaus reporting unless we pay them and sending it for collection agency. Seems like both these organizations are stealing peoples money. Please do something about this. Consumers beware and DO NOT order anything on Leatherback Gear website.

    I placed an online order for a backpack end of April, 2023. The website said there was a 6-8 week lead time. When I tried to contact the company after 10, 12, 14, weeks til present for an update, assuming the date was pushed back, busy signal no matter the time of day/night. Emailed them several times, no replies.

    Around the first week of November 2022 I purchased a backpack and some armor plates from leatherback gear for $467.50. I have reached out to them numerous times to check the status of my oprder and have requested a refund. I have not heard from them since December. There are a lot of people having the same issue. The company is still allowing people to purchase form their website. I would like my money back and this compnay looked into for stealing thousands of dollars from people.
