    1-13-25 I placed online order for a custom Eras Tour personalized white premium t-shirt. There was no description for premium beyond the word premium, which I took to mean higher quality than the basic shirt. The shirt I received is so thin that my *********** show through. It runs small & the neck fits tight. I included pictures of me wearing it to show how tight & see-through it is. I did check size chart before ordering & opted for a large so it would be a comfy roomy fit. The premium shirt I received is neither comfy nor roomy. Because of these discrepancies I felt the shirt I received to be significantly different from the description & definitely not the quality shirt I believed I ordered. I emailed the company & corresponded with employee named *****. I tried multiple times to explain that when I read premium on the site, I didnt think that meant sheer, see-through or fitted. The response was Our premium tees are just thinner than the basic version; and since you received what you had ordered, we had not sent an incorrect item, we will support you order a new shirt, basic version this time, with a 20% discount code. I dont want to pay for another shirt & expressed my disappointment, especially considering the companys return/refund policy which states the company wants the customer to be 100% satisfied; & the premium description is misleading making the product not as described. I requested our emails be forwarded to someone within the company in a position that can objectively see my point of view as a valued customer, someone committed to honoring the companys satisfaction pledge but ***** stopped responding after that & I havent heard from anyone else within the company. This isnt about the $30, its about the company simply doing whats right for a customer with a legitimate issue & for them to not lose potential customers over one $30 shirt. I wish Id read reviews prior, others have had similar issues with sizing, ****************** service

    I purchased a personalized ornament from them and it arrived with a piece of the ornament missing. It wasnt something damaged from shipping. I sent them a picture of it too and asked for a new one to be sent or a refund. Its been a week and I still havent heard back. I attempted reaching out via social media as well, with no luck either.

    I had ordered a t-shirt from personal fury and have not received it. It has been charged to my credit card already. I had emailed the company and put a ticket order in. Did not hear anything found the phone number and left a message and no call back or email. I am having an investigation done by my credit card. But I think this place needs to be put out of business, especially from other complaints on your website. Please let me know if anything happens in this matter. Thanks
