    I ordered a radiator online with the expected shipping to be next day ***** 1 to 5 days. My card was charged. I never received my radiator and never received any responses to the many inquiries. I put through email chat and attempted phone calls.

    I ordered a radiator off this website on Oct 22 and I have yet to receive it. When I track it, it says waiting fulfillment.i would really like a refund since I'm not going to receive my radiator. Thank you!

    i order a radiator from buyaradiator for ****** on 4/15/2024 it came in damage so i call them they sent me a email to send them picture of the damage i waited for them to call or email me so i email them twice never got a response so i call the number again and talk to the only person you can talk and she put in for a new on may 9 on got the email from on that date i email again and no response i call them call again and she that they out off stock and they going return my money but she told me send them other email but no response and them win i ask here to talk to a supervisor she hung on

    I bought a radiator form this business for about 80 dollars with a lifetime warranty in 2021 I asked for a warranty exchange this sep/23 they told me that to ship the old radiator back which cost me about 73 dollars from **** to Cali I then was requesting updates on the status of my warranty exchange they said they had to check it and get back to me then they sent a email saying they didnt receive it when tracking show it was delivered to them I been disrespected on phone calls I placed inquiring about the situation and this point feel I was scammed I would like either a refund of what it cost me to ship and initial cost of product I bought under false pretense where dont actually wanna honor the lifetime warranty but want you to pay extra then lie about not receiving it it has cost me deep inconvenience dealing with this company I regret doing business with shady sharks looking to mislead the customer

    Purchased a radiator on Oct 16th from buy a radiator.com. Order #BR60516 Received Order Oct 21st when trying to install the one connector was stripped, its not able to be installed. I contacted company after some back and forth communication they agreed to ship a new radiator to me. They originally wanted me to send the radiator back to them with shipping at my cost. Received the next radiator on Oct30th I noticed a problem as soon as we started to open the box, there is a large crack all the way around the coolant side. I contacted the company by email with the problem and included numerous pictures. they returned my email with this Dear ********, We apologize for the inconvenience, please attach photos of where the issue/defect is occurring so we can finish the warranty claim and ship you a new asap!I resent the pictures within a few minutes if their email. It has now been 2 days with no response from them. I have sent multiple emails and then started calling the phone number ************** When you call you get a recording that says to email [email protected]. Im going on 3 weeks with no vehicle and now no response from a company that I spent over $200. I just want a radiator that works and isnt defective before it comes out of the box.     The year , make and model was sent,they changed 105 dollars,then refunded 63 dollars,on it's website it states it will refund all of funds,it was never used driven to a fed ex carrier,I want my entire refund, they are dishonest, they won't call me,crooked sales office
