Bonanni Development has been incredibly unprofessional and deceitful throughout our new construction home process. The builders representative does not answer our calls or emails in a timely manner, if at all. They have given us numerous move in dates only to push it back due to delays that are within their control. They are trying to cut corners and then have to delay when the city does not approve their work. They gave us a 30 day notice to close and then 10 days out, sent an email saying they are pushing it again. My family will likely be temporarily homeless due to the actions of this company. We are asking for a $500 daily compensation to offset the costs we have accrued throughout this process. In addition, they set us up with their lender, **********, which assured us that they could offer a competitive rate at 5.99%, explicitly claiming to beat a competitors rate. However, despite these assurances, the rate was not locked in. Then, just 17 days before our scheduled closing, we were informed that the rate would be 7.37%, leaving us with no time to explore a credit union that could offer us a better rate. They have completely deceived us and I will be escalating my numerous concerns if they cannot rectify the issues.

Hello,I am currently live at ***************************************************** *****; Builder_BONANNI DEVELOPMENT.Its the newest house that was just built this year, and we get to move in this April.Due to recent heavy rain/hurricane back in Aug., water damage happened to our newly built house. Which includes water marks, damaged walls, wall paint, even our newest floor. As we heard from the community that the building has lots of problems, we hired a professional inspector and found out that our house also has lots of issues that must be addressed. We have contacted the builder with the inspection reports, but they are trying to avoid fixing it right now. Their customer service guy, named *****, is the one who comes by and fixes minor issues within town. He also came into our house to fix minor issues several times, but he did his job poorly and we had to re-work on it. We requested the builder manager, named **** Bonanni that instead of ***** come to fix, the profession to fix as their guy were not helpful but it has been refused by the builder as he wants to send ***** to fix those issues no matter what.We have found out that ***** is NOT licensed. No wonder his works had to be re-worked.Our personal licensed contractor even came to inspect and told us it was definitely water damage and insulation for sure is wet, meaning the water came from outside. Then we requested the builder ********************** Bonanni, to provide us with his license which he had NOT provided to us yet. It seemed like he was ignoring our request and when we tried to search through the board, his name never came up.As what we have founded out, **** and ***** are both not licensed but instead send us professions to address the issues, they want to handle by themselves and but they are NOT licensed and trying to avoid/refuse do major works that must be done (water damage) as we still have our 1 year warranty. Please help us through.
