Had used ClearPay as my credit card and gift card processor for 3+ years and closed my business in Dec 2024. Messaged my contact, sales person, ***** ******** in early January that I wished to discontinue service for both credit and gift cards. Was told it would be taken care of and he would reach out if anything else was required. Called operations office in February to confirm cancellation, was informed that gift card account was still active and I needed to send written cancellation request in, which I did and it was received and processed. In March, got a small bill from ******************************* FISERV (Clear Pay is a reseller for Fiserv) for $6.75 for gift card processing fees, asked operations manager at ClearPay (***** *******), who I had send the cancellation paperwork to about the bill, he said to wait until I got a final bill from FiServe and settle it then. I received no cimmunication until this week when I got a text message and letter notifying me of a collection for $113.50, two months of $6.75 processing fees and $100 fee for the collection activity. I called FISERV to discuss, they won't discuss because it is a ClearPay managed ****************************** Operations manager, ***** *******, says there is nothing he can do and to pay the fee.***** ******* Operations Manager EMAIL: ****************************** OFFICE: ******************* CELL: ************ FAX: ************ Not disputing I owe a month or two of processing fees, but filing complaint about the collection fee/fine. I paid the $113.50 collection this morning, I would like to be reimbursed the $100 by ClearPay.

    Francisco -

An account was opened with our company in July 2023 and was canceled in early April 2024. Since we bill fees in arrears, an ACH debit for ******* fees was issued in May.

A refund for the April fees was requested on May 2, 2024, to which we agreed. Customers are advised that refunds can take up to one week to process. The refund was initiated on May 7, 2024, and has been credited to your account today.
