    I was going to Surfside Recovery for alcohol abuse and mental health help. I was told this is where I would be going but was taken ti **************** Recovery (another one of their houses). The services I was told I would receive I did not get. I was told I would have one on one counseling. I only had an assessment with the counselor and never had counseling. We had group therapy but were often told to just lead it ourselves instead of guidance from staff. The place was very disorganized. There was no schedule or expectations. Many people just did what they wanted. We watched a lot of tv. Random staff members distributed our medications. They didnt try to do a plan with me until the last week I was there which should have been done in one of the first days I was there. There was never enough food since I was the only female with a bunch of hungry men. The counselor was only there a couple hours a day and didnt work with anyone. Staff didnt know what to do and were mostly just there to babysit. I never saw a nurse or doctor even though I was told thats why I needed tj go to Surfside (which isnt where I went) instead of where I wanted to go in ****. I did not get any of the help while there that I was told I would be getting. Lots of people came and went after a few days because they felt they could sit around and watch tv at home instead of paying to be there. I was also told the Surfside house was getting the services I was told I would be getting. I have tried to talk with *************************** and he continues to not answer when we schedule phone calls. This was a complete scam and insurance fraud.
