    Ordered keto gummies 8/15/22. Ordered only gummies, billed $5.49. Two more items came with: A refined 365 mango cleanse body flush system and A refined 365 Keto Advanced Weight Loss Support, which I did not purchase or want. I called and asked why got the other products, never seeing any terms and conditions, or then being explained to me, never mentioned membership. Today 12/11/23 got a call that to cancel membership had to pay $281.77 to cancel membership. Have never received another shipment and they would not tell me how often should get shipments, but if don't cancel will be $800 a month. All these months and no more shipments which makes no sense. Billed from 2 different merchants which I was not aware of. So paid and canceled membership, but cannot afford, as on limited income. Have a cancelation #******* which is to cancel all products, so better be no more charges. Think I was scammed. They should not be allowed to do business this way. Not receiving any other shipments all this time don't know what kind of membership it was as has been over a year with no shipments other than first one. And they would not answer why or how often should receive shipments.if didn't pay turning me into credit bureau collections. Do not do business with them. Any help would be appreciated.

    I am filing a complaint regarding unauthorized charges and harassing collection calls related to a fraudulent transaction. Last year, my debit card was charged $5.49 for shipping of a sample bottle of Keto Gummies. However, I neither noticed this transaction nor received the product. Now, a year later, I have been receiving harassing collection calls from a ******************** that refuses to disclose their company name. The charging company listed on my card statement, Refine365ACV.com, does not exist. The website associated with the charge is invalid, and I am unable to contact the original company responsible for the charge. I did not sign up for a subscription or authorize this product. I am requesting that the company immediately ceases all further collection attempts for this fraudulent charge and/or subscription.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I ordered a trial product - used within time frame of return being acceptable before being charged, i called to send back the item and to cancel. I Sent back the unused product ( I unfortunately do not have a receipt or acknowledgment of this anymore) along with a note saying I didnt want anymore and to cancel. This was back in October of 2022 Now April 2023 they are calling me several times a day telling me I owe them money and I have a 6 month outstanding commitment to their product/program that they are going to charge me for between $300 and $350 per months and will not be cancelled until I pay. They are refusing to cancel my account saying the return of the product does not mean I can cancel, I still owe them the $$$ and they are going to send those shipments (even though I stated that I do not live at that address anymore), charge me and report me to the credit bureau. Please help so these scammers dont ruin my good credit ??

    This company contacted me recently and said I purchased gummies from them back in May ************************************************** I never bought anything from them and they now contact me every day.

    0n 9/29/2022 i ordered 3 bottles of keto gummies from a phone ad. My order totaled 3 items the first cost $ **** the second item cost $ ***** and the third cost $6.29. So, i received my items. i still have the bottles never even opened them. so, on 10/14/2022 a debit came out of my checking account in the amount of $139.92 with a name of ACTIVE OVERALL HEA *************) NY. So, i went to my bank they provided me with a phone number which i called and spoke to someone named ****. She told me that i had automatically enrolled in a subscription when i ordered from the website site. i never once saw terms and conditions or anything about it being a subscription. So, I told her that I could not afford the subscription so please stop the subscription. So, a little while later I GOT another DEBIT alert and they had taken out $135.88 from a company called Affordable Healthy Liv *************) NY. So, I called again the 1st person had only stopped 1 subscription. apparently its automatically enrolls you in 3 subscriptions. Well, I guess I am out all this money for something I was led to believe that I only had to pay shipping on. There ad is very miss leading and I was not offered the option to see terms and conditions. I guess they use 3 separate companies to scam people. I asked if I could return the bottles and was told no. They provide no company information. I can no longer even find the ad that i ordered from.
