    1. I purchased a health insurance policy on the *** website via internet (********************************) Jun 6th, but it didn't match my university's need, so I called them for cancellation this morning.( Jun 7th).2. When I called the number on my policy, they transferred me to a second line for collection my information without providing cancellation information. Then transferred me to the 3rd line without cancellation. Then they started selling internet/TV and other products on the phone, they don't cancel the policy for me.3. After several times rejection to their selling (After I talked on the call around 1 hour and insisted that the only thing I want is cancelling policy), they only send a number to me and ask me to call again for cancellation *************).But when I tried this number, it didn't work at all. I feel frustrated and angry, I think I have the right to cancel the insurance policy when it didn't fit my need at all. I don't want to waste my money on the useless policy, I want the refund. Thank you .

    I paid over $600 for an event and didn't get what was promised to me. Please see photos of what I gathered and I'm working to get more proof

    on July 19th 2023, I visited Infiniti of ********* due to engine error light (error code P0776, CVT tranmission malfunction) of 2018 Infiniti QX60 (VIN: *****************, mileage *****). The Infiniti dealer service at beachwood asked me wait untill they receive transmission warranty approval from their regional Headquarter. During last 3 weeks, I called more than 20 times but warranty service was still not approved, and on 7th August Infiniti Service manager asked me to bring the car back regardless of driver's safety with mal-functioning transmission when I complained by phone. According to Court Quality Action on March 29th 2022, CVT Warranty of 2015-2018 Infiniti QX60, effective from June 1st 2022, was extended to 96th months/94,000 miles from 72 months/70,000 miles, therefore Infiniti should approve and provide warranty service immediately without approval pending on this. However, Infiniti does not respect Court decision of transmission warranty, nor does not provide warranty service properly either including irresponsible attitude of service employees as well. I want BBB help me to get this warranty coverage of transmission to be applied immediately to replace the transmission of QX60 which is under warranty coverage.
