    **** first came to check on my furnace problem. He concluded that it was due to a disconnected wire to the control panel. He came to get some wiring connected for my furnace to the control panel on November 23 of last year. However, upon attempting to doing so (he was not able to connect the wire), he damaged my wood floor causing a hole in the wood panel among other holes in my wall he created. Hed told me to find a someone who does flooring to fix the damaged he caused and that h*** reimbursed the amount. Invoice of $550 was sent over to him but he refuse to respond and has not pay for it and is now ignoring it. Before filing with the court, wed like to file a complaint with the BBB to see if this can get resolved here and let others know about how shady this business is. We also have a recording of him indicating that hes going to see if he can find someone to fix the wood panel because of what he did.

    I am rejecting this response because the damage even though it was the floor and not the furnace was done by the business Make it Happen air co (****) and since he was the one responsible for creating the damage had said he would be responsible for reimbursement to something he did.
