    This business is a scam. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering online. True to the previous complaints, they did not ship my order.

    I agree. Looks like I've been screwed but for the dispute I just put on my credit card. Can't contact them by email or phone. Bottle of scotch. Cleared my credit card but I'm sure it will be found to be a fraud. A ****** for me for $366.96. I should know better at my age. A what looks to be a long and continuous scam with these people.

    It's a shady business. Although the web address starts with an "https://" and also looks legit, it is not. Items do not ship right away like they imply on the website, nor does it ship in 3 business days as stated on the website. On top of that it, customer service responds like AI or a robot. Once I purchased a bottle, the shipping address automatically changed to my billing address so I needed to call. This is when I learned that the customer support phone number does not work. Which was fixable through email, but now I started to wonder why. Each day, I checked if the bottled arrived to the destination, but the status on the "Shop Pay" website showed no progress. Now I'm starting to thing if I made a mistake... I went back noticed a weird thing- a few products had EXACTLY 100 5 star reviews. Coincidence? I don't think so. All the while, I'm getting a ton of spam emails from Whisky and Whiskey AND Shop Pay, so then I began thinking - is this part of a bigger scam to trick people into using Shop Pay. But anyways, in the end I called my credit card company and they refunded my money. I will never buy from here again. After going through this, I also checked online and found a ton of similar experiences with this place. Next time, I'll do more research before buying anything online.

    I think it's a total scam. They take your money but don't deliver. Never answer chatvor emails and no phone number. Site looks so legit and once you order, immediately get a thank you email and will contually send you offers but absolutely no communications. Stay away!!!

    This site is a scam! I placed an order, and when I received a confirmation, the email alias was ksd1.klaviyomail.com . If you look this email up, it's a known phishing scammer. Don't make the same mistake I did!
