      On April 5, I placed an order online with this company for an ATV part. The transaction was made, payment was taken, and I have yet to receive any email regarding the status of my order or the shipping. *** tried to reach out to their support email only to be told by ****** that it doesnt exist. Numerous times have I called the number on their website only to be told by a voicemail that they can only be reached through an email.

      I ordered a piece of equipment from this business the beginning of October 2022. It was an ignition coil for a 2012 ***** TRX 500 Fourtrax. The part ******************* ************. My order number with the is *******. I paid ***** to them on October 1 , 2022 and it cleared my bank on October 3 *****. I have been calling and emailing to find out why I have not received my part. The number listed for them sends you to a email address only. When trying the email address it is rejected as a bogus address. I am trying to get my money back since I was able to get the part elsewhere while waiting. Maybe you will be able to reach them as I have had no luck all this time. The phone number issued is ************ .Thank you in advance .

      Placed order for ignition replacement on 7/12/22. Never received shipping info or product. When I call the contact number ***************) it states to email customer service at ********************************* That email is invalid and comes back as undeliverable.

      Placed order on 7/12/22. Order number TENPEAKS113198. Total was $38.92. Never received shipping information. Website provides contact number of **************, when you call says to email ********************************* which comes back as undeliverable address.
