    I had emailed this business and tried calling multiple times since last month about canceling my membership. Its very frustrating that I have yet to receive an email. I made an appointment for today 1/11 but unfortunately on my way over to the appointment I had gotten a flat tire :( I looked up their hours when staff would be there and nobody answers. I left a voicemail but it seems they dont like returning calls nor emails. I have friends who also goes to this location and they had the same problem as well. I just want to cancel my membership due to a hardship I am currently having

    I have a gym membership with anytime fitness. I do not use it, after a year and a half I decided to cancel it. I stopped by the gym May 4th 2023. I spoke to Andrea, after questioning why I was canceling my membership she took my information down and said she was going to give me a call to start the request. She mentioned she will call me by May 8th 2023. Stopped by the gym May 9th @12:30pm. There was no one available at the gym. I left a voicemail requesting a call. I also went online to schedule an appointment to discuss my gym membership since I did not received a call from they gym staff. My appointment was canceled by someone on the gym and I received an email stating I had to fill out a form. The form was a questioner regarding the reason I chose to cancel the membership. I emailed it back and requested information as to what I will be paying for the cancellation fee. I received an email stating “the last draft is May 29 so I’ll be processed then”. Requested clarification, they have not reached out. I sent an email once again May 14, 2023 I still haven’t heard anything from anyone.
