    Worst service department ever. I had my grandmother take my car for my appointment today and the service ****** who moves the cars for service told her to just leave the keys in the car and someone will handle everything after she ***eatedly asked him if someone would assist her. Then they proceeded to leave my car alone for 3+ hours without as to contact me or anything as to even moving the car multiple times as to what the service *** had told me as I left. Ive had previous issues as to leaking oil out of cars I have had and with previous service has been the worst. I will never own a car from them ever again. When i had returned the next day to speak with the service manager he proceeded to chuckle in my face as i explained to him what had happened and he tried to state that he tried looking for my grandmother even though she had waited over thirty minutes in their lobby unattended. When i had came back for my car to be picked up he proceeded to let me know that he took pictures of my tires and other things in my car to show me even though he has never done that before for any previous services i have ever had and made me feel as if i was incompetent. I left a voicemail for the general manager and never heard back from him which shows that as a business owner and for the company they do not care about their customers.

    Mala experiencia en el servicio taller mecnico **** una cita a las 10 am para cambio de aceite a la que agregu una rotacin por un costo de 30$ a la 1 pm me ablan que mi vehculo est listo me lo entregan y lo reviso ya que *** ******* mis neumticos para confirmar una rotacin y efectivamente no la isieron voy con la persona que me ayudo para notificarle lo que paso el solo dise te ******** un reembolso ho quieres esperar para que aora si agan la rotacin ??y las 3 horas que espere esto es una fraude porque estn cobrando por algo que no estn asiendo ped ablar con el manejador me disen que hoy no es su da de trabajo pero que espere el lunes para ablar esto con el espero una buena solucin a esto ya que ahora dudo del servicio que brindan

    The technician did not rotate the rites because all four tires needed to be replaced and the best two were already in the front.Unfortunately, this was not communicated adequately to the service advisor and the customer.On 9/10/24 we refunded the customers their money and gave them a quote to replace all 4 tires and perform a 4-wheel aliment.Thank you Unicars Honda

    This dealership is unscrupulous in dealing with senior citizens. My 91-year-old father-in-law who is living on social security and has the beginnings of dementia, went in and was sold a used car for thousands over its actual value. He was not capable of making this decision and the salesperson should have not taken advantage of him in this state. The dealership says they have no responsibility in this matter. In addition, they took his personal car in trade which was paid off and in good running order. He is now in a difficult financial position as anyone living on social security can appreciate. The actions of Unicars Honda border on elder abuse and should be stopped. When I asked to speak to the owner/manager I was told by the general manager that he, the owner, would not be willing to speak with me and that the ** made their position clear.
