  100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.A technician from *** came to look at my screenlogic system because it just wasn't working. He spent about an hour or so looking at everything, restating the whole system and changing settings. Couldn't find the problem so it was suggested that I change the whole system for a quote of $4200.Called a second company and the first thing the technician noticed is that the system was running on the wrong mode all this time. He literally pushed a button twice and everything went back to normal. I paid *** $120 for the service fee. I REALLY FEEL THEY WERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US. The manager answered my review but all he did is try to turn the blame around to us by illogical excuses and justified their incompetence and inaptitude.

  We are absolutely thrilled with the stunning pool and spa built by Bella Blue Water at our home in ***********. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and exceeded all of our expectations. If I could give 10 stars I would!First and foremost, the quality of workmanship is exceptional. Every detail, from the intricate tile work to the precise placement of the concrete slabs to the perfect Pebble Tec finish is flawless. ********************* is the owner of this fabulous, local company and he is simply amazing. His professionalism and constant communication throughout the project were outstanding. We saw ***** everyday on site throughout the weeks of work. He doesnt hide in an office but prefers to be with his team and his customers and keeps a constant eye over all the work being done on all his projects. He is definitely a hands on guy. He kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring that our vision for the pool and spa was brought to life exactly as we imagined it, in fact, even better than we had imagined! Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly leaving us feeling confident and reassured throughout the process. We seriously felt like we were his only customers yet he had several other projects going on at the same time.Not only is the end result visually stunning, but the functionality of the pool and spa are top-notch. The design is both elegant and practical, providing a luxurious oasis for relaxation and entertainment for years to come. The equipment installed is top of the line and everything can be controlled by smartphone. Bella Blue Water has a very high standard of quality and workmanship that ***** takes very seriously and it shows in every single worker that he uses.Overall, we cannot recommend Bella Blue Water highly enough for anyone considering a pool or spa project.
