    I have a house in ********** and I hired Desert Pool Pros to clean my pool. My contact *******, recommended that I get an acid wash. The cost was $1,000. He recommended that it should be done every 3 years. I did not notice any difference after the wash until 6 months later when the pool started discoloring. I contacted ****** and he said I need a light acid wash which would cost $1,300. I then told him they did the acid wash 6 months ago. He said he would take a look at it and correct it with stain remover and quoted me around $130 so I told him okay. He never got back to me then I called 2 other pool companies. One company said there was nothing they could do and the other company said hat it appeared to be done improperly and that the acid was left on too long. They quoted $5,710 to resurface the pool because of the damage due to the acid and I shared this with *******. He said they are just trying sell you resurfacing of the pool. He said what I needed was an acid wash and stain remover. I called him again and they said he was on vacation and would come out on Monday and never did. At this point I was totally frustrated with the company giving me the run around and trying to sell my another acid wash. They never acknowledged the damage they did and my pool is in the worst shape it has ever been. I have text and photos for proof along with my new pool and the pool repair company saying they ruined my pool. I have the time stamps. The pool is getting worse and it is only 5 years old.
