    **** rented me a car and refused to fixed the tires on the car. The car was given to me with damage tires ! I am 6 months pregnant and my life was put on the line by driving out there car lot with damage tires. ******** contacted them and told them the car had damaged tires they aggreed to only fix one tire when multiple tires are damaged. I was then informed but the manager at *************************************************************** to drive said car back to them. The car itself should not have been rented to anyone with the tires being so bad. That manager stated that he did not care about the tires and for me to drive the car back to them. Which further more puts my life in danger ! The car shakes when you accelerate. Which can lead to a major accident. The manager at the location has put me and my unborn child at risk for even renting a car that tires were damaged. The managers name is ****. He does not care for the customers or the fact that he put me and my unborn child in danger by giving me a damaged car. Something needs to be about his customer service because he does not represent the company well.

    i have a weekly rent a car contract. employee ******* and **** rents me damaged cars every week and when i call or attempt to return or exchange the car, employee refuses my calls, ignores my attempts and debits my account every week regardless if the fees are owed or discounted. they refuse to acknowledge **** issued discounts as well, charging me extra every week. employee gave me a rental last week that the entire bottom of the car was dragging and forced me to keep it and pay for it by refusing to even return my call to exchange the car. they tell me that the car i have is always the only option. it is always damaged. unsafe to the point that **** had to deactivate my car deeming it unsafe for the road in order to force them to exchange it. employee over charged my card by nearly $400 for my last payment and when i began contacting the location, they refuse to do any research and refused to return my repeated calls and message. telling me it didnt happen. **** corporate found that my claim was true and reversed the charge a week later. employees at this location refuse me any contact with a Manager and are breaching contracts and over charging customers but refusing to address any issue. i have had to contact **** corporate who found in my favor each time. the employees at the location at *************************************************************** need to be removed as employees. they are not following company policies and behave in a disgustingly unprofessional manner with paying customers.

    This business keeps charging my card even after returning the car its been a year now
