    Rented PO Box at American Post Box for quite a while. The lady name *** was never friendly, let alone professional. I ended my contract there eventually and asked for mail forwarding to a new address. She instead gave me an attitude and would not address my inquiry about her follow-through re: mail forwarding, that was in October 2023. To-date, February 6, 2024, I have not received any single piece of forwarded mail, for which I completed a *****online request as well. Part of the mail might contain confidential information, such as tax-related, 401k, personal identification-related (credit bureaus), and because of the business neglecting their duty to forward mail, my personal information might have been compromised.
