If you are not satisfied with a service provided, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of the appointment. We will make every effort to address the issue promptly, which may include follow-up adjustments or corrections at no additional charge when appropriate.
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if it is determined that a mistake was made or the service did not meet reasonable expectations. Our goal is to ensure that both horse and owner are happy with the care provided.
