1 starI booked flights through ******* that I needed to change. I googled the for the number to Expedia, the first number I found was that of infinity travel but it looked like Expedia as it had the ******* logo. I asked 5 times if they were Expedia. I was told yes we were are ******* and deal with their flight changes. I didnt question after I gave them my Expedia itinerary number and they had all the info. Long story very short. They were charging me $616 to change 2 flights! The supervisor I spoke with ******, was rude and confrontational. Terrible customer service supervisor. Anyways, they sent me an email to confirm the changes and it had flights/infinity travel on it. So I questioned it. The whole experience which was a 4 hour ordeal over 2 days was brutal. I felt something wasnt right and said Id call back after reading the email they sent that needed my consent. I googled Expedias number again and got a different number. Called and was charged $15 to change my flights. I called infinity travel back and expressed my disgust at how they tried to scam me and if they were to charge my credit card that Ill be charging them with fraud. They denied saying they were with ******** asked multiple times. Theyre a scamming company. Stay far away from these gross people.Infinity Travels
