    My dryer stopped working and I contacted Appliance Crew on 8/27/2024. I spoke to *** and I told him the issue. He let me know I would need to pay $95 for him to come inspect my dryer. *** arrived and he was unfriendly. It took him 30 minutes to find the issue. He gave me a part number and told me he would get the part and it would cost me $300 for the part and his service fee is $200 and he would deduct the $95 inspection fee. I said okay I didnt hear from him for a couple of weeks and I called him several times and no answer and no return call. When you dial his number a message says your call will be returned in 10 minutes which never happened. I searched the part on line and I let him know I found the part for $49 and the panel for $135. He finally responded and said that he was having difficulty finding the part and he would refund the $95. I never received the $95. I kept calling and texting and he said his computer was having technical difficulties and I would receive the following week Monday or Tuesday. Today is October 14, 2024 and he is no longer answering my calls and not responding to my text. I called another appliance company and and they came out October 7, 2024 to access the issue and ordered the part and came back 2 days later to fix my dryer. After they heard my story they and saw my text to Appliance Crew they gave me a discount and charged me $200.81 for the part and labor. They charged nothing to come out to access the problem with the dryer. This was very bad business with Appliance Crew. I am very disappointed and *** is not a man of his word. He took advantage of me and took my money. He was trying to over charge me for the part and labor. What he was trying to charge I couldve bought a dryer that the box was opened or a used one. I did my research.
