  I wrote to get an quote on my used car and have been spammed with dozens of emails and phone calls without clicking a consent box to contact me. This is the Instant Cash Offer feature.I called the company to be removed from the listing and they said they would not for seven days, at which time my personal information publication would expire.This is an outrageous abuse of personal information, and the fact that they would not honor my request to be taken off the list should be punishable by law. There was no clicking of boxes, no fine print that ever came up during my inquiry.

  I am financing my car and wanted to look into refinancing it. In order to do that, I needed the current value of my car. I used KBB to get a quick estimate. That's all I wanted, a quick estimate. I checked the boxes for "not selling or trading in" in every option I had to do so. I made it as clear as their forms would allow me to that I was not interested in selling my car. I even tried to put a fake phone number into the form, but in order to submit, it requires a valid number, so I was forced to use mine in order to get the quote. The next thing I know, my phone is being bombarded with offers to buy my car; 3 phone calls within 5 minutes of submitting. I did not authorize KBB to share my personal information with third parties and I am quite upset that this was done without any option to avoid it. Websites that use unavoidable tactics to share your personal data should be shut down.

  Instant Cash Offer is a complete scam. Bait and Switch. I input information on my ***** Accord to see the market value and was given an option for Instant Cash to be redeemed at participating dealers. Your Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer "$15,453 This offer can only be redeemed at a Participating Dealer. Kelley Blue Book doesn't redeem offers, purchase vehicles or own/operate Participating Dealers."I was given 3 dealers and was told I do not have to trade. I went to all three and each one not only did not offer that amount but offered thousands less, even less than the *** trade in range! The offer was only contingent on the dealer looking at the car to see if my description was accurate (it was). The only thing was that my tires were winter and they wanted to replace with all seasons. Fair enough, that would reduce the price around $500, but not to $12,200!! The dealers had no interest in paying the price listed and more or less admitted that *** Instant Cash is way over priced...basically a way to get you in the door.

  I bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot from *********** Waukesha and Ive been having problems out it Since day 1. From The Engine light ?? coming on 30 mins of leaving the car lot. To returning it to the Dealership on April 15, when I purchased it on April 13, 2024 due to it being a Saturday when purchased. I did not receive the vehicle back until May 2, 2024. Only to have yet another problem, then left it again only to have yet another problem. From something with timing sensors to all of the Suspension work except for the rear struts which is the main problem. Now the ********** light ?? constantly bings. Im so disappointed in the Dealership because I had high hopes in being very satisfied with them. Instead *** had so many problems with the vehicle that I think I bought a lemon from them. I dont get Income Tax return back because my children are adults, with that being said I worked hard to save money for them to disappoint me like this. I have a **************** to attend in *********** which is a 6 hour drive. Just praying that I make it there and back safely. Im having the truck looked at regarding the oil light constantly beeping.

  2 mins literally after trying to get an estimate to sell a vehicle 2 local dealerships were calling to buy it! They absolutely immediately sell or give your info to other businesses and SCAMMERS as well. Pathetic! Used to be a very trusted source. I guess I need to come check reviews here before ever using anything again.

  I used Kelley Blue Book in April, 2023 to find the trade in value of my 2015 TUNDRA. Since using Kelley, I have been inundated with email, texts, and phone calls to purchase an extended warranty on my TUNDRA. I am convinced that Kelley sold my personal information to third party companies. They had no right to do this. I DO NOT recommend using Kelley Blue Book. They are not honest with personal information.
