    Amazing service. Being obese i ordered a mountainskin jacket following their size chart and it fits 99% first time. ***** has replied promptly to emails with good advice. Overall excellent and will be a returning customer

    They are horrible. Ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas. Item sat in Jamaica ** for 12 days before moving at all. Item came but was two small not a 4xxxxl. They wanted pictures and measurements sent to them to verify that I ordered and they shipped the right item. Was not a 4xxxxl by any means. They offered to give me a 35% discount on the purchase of another item but rejected having it returned. Phone number doesn't work stays busy. Would not order any thing else from them. Poor **************** and not worth it. ******************** should shut them down.
