On 7/11/2024 I purchased a tcl ****** but air conditioner at *********** and within weeks I started having issues with the display going out and also the remote only worked once and a replacement remote only worked once and the ac would never hook up to wi-fi at all ,well I wrote a one star review on *********** ,but took it no further and off and on this air conditioner has been used about 2 or 3 months since purchased and when I started using it this year June of 2025 the problem was worse as the display freezes up and completely goes out and cannot be reset and I did all the trouble shooting required and sent all necessary info they wanted except for a serial number label on the ac its self as it never had one but there were 2 on the original box which I still have and sent them one of it but that's the excuse there using that a sticker missing voids the warranty and its a sticker that was never on it and as I told them if I wanted to take the sticker off the box and put it on the ac I can but im trying to be honest about this issue and as I put in a response to them ** MAY who was the agent I was dealing with already on the bottom of her email stated the issue was resolved before I even has a chance to try to respond or send her anything else as she was automatically denying the warranty and if there is a response from tcl it needs to be someone else besides ** MAY as she is not truthful and I'm done trying to be half way decent in dealing with her as she's about to get on my last nerve with her lack of attention to emails or product problemsBusiness Response

I purchased this tv from Best Buy April 19th 2025 and the tv was delivered to me and was removed from the box and was working fine. I later had the tv professionally mounted and again still working fine was watching the tv on Sunday June 29th 2025 tv was working fine. Wake up Monday morning and my fiance cuts on the tv and it begins to have verticle lines on it! I ******* and did all the technical support steps this made the tv worse. As doing research online I see this is a KNOWN issue with this companies product. I cannot take it back to best buy since it is past time and Ive worked with TCL To find a resolution and they refuse its in their policy to replace faulty or defective products but yet they refuse siting there is internal physical damage caused and there is not. I want my tv replaced thats it! I shouldnt have to buy and extended warranty to do that either when the product was sold to Best Buy and delivered to me and there was no damage. Please find the attached pictures showing the speed test I conducted on my cell phone. As you can see, I am getting well over 40 Mbps download speed while standing just two feet away from the TV. This clearly indicates that my home internet service is working perfectly.The issue is definitely with the TV's ability to connect to my Wi-Fi. I would like to request that management contact me directly at ************ to discuss this ********** reiterate, my internet service is not the problem. There is something wrong with this specific TCL TV, and I am requesting an exchange. Bought a TCL ******* that lasted less than a year. They gave me hard time s out replacing it, finally did. However they replaced it with a tv that lasted only 8 months. Now they refuse to acknowledge their faulty products and replace the second faulty tv.Business Response

The original DOP for the first TV was 11/23/23 TCL offers a one-year manufacture warranty for their devices and we replaced this unit on 11/7/24, the replacement unit has an additional warranty of either 3 months or the rest of original devices warranty whichever is longer. The second device had an issue that was reported over 5 months later so it is out of warranty.Customer Answer

This is not the first tv that broke. TCL replaced it with another junk tv that broke under a year. The warranty for the first tv is expired, but this complaint is not about that tv. We asked the customer for a closer picture of the video, and she never sent one. The case was closed due to lack of response from the customer. I purchased a TCL Q8 75" TV (2023) using a mix of money and non-refundable reward points. The TV developed multiple hardware issues (Dirty Screen Effect, flickering, random shutdowns). After following all troubleshooting steps, TCL sent a technician who confirmed the screen needed replacement.TCL then confirmed a replacement (model 75QM851G), requested my shipping address, and I accepted. Days later, they reversed their position, falsely claiming the model was unavailable despite it being listed for sale on their website and major retailers.They then offered a refund that does NOT include the value of my reward points, and demanded the return of the defective unit (which they had previously said I could keep).Ive received responses from multiple agents with contradicting statements.
