    I bought the item from Vanyko Main Store on **** on September 2, 2024 and got the VANKYO S20 10.1 Inch 3G+32GB 5G WiFi Tablet Android Octa Core GPS Dual Camera on September 9, 2024. After using the tablet for a few days, the battery needed to be charged up twice in a row to get even 6 to 9 hours per full charge. I contacted the seller on **** and explained how I had the 2 year ******** extended insurance but since 30 days were over, they refused to refund me or replace the battery that's defective. I did say I would prefer the battery replaced over a refund if possible. So they aren't honoring the 2 year insurance I bought extra like sellers are supposed to do. I want them to at least replace the defective battery for me since the ****************** covers a defective battery.

    I brought a projector from them in August. The projector had been working great and I loved it. Included in the box with the projector was a card for a 3 year warranty. I held onto this just in case something happened. About a month ago one of the bulbs started having a problem. One side of it is projecting yellow now and is very dim. Both my husband and I have contacted the company and each time they tell us that their warranty is only 3 months and just to go to a repair shop. I asked them why they included a 3 year warranty card with the projector if it was only 3 months and they started giving me the run around. They are providing false advertising and are unwilling to provide and type of customer service. I honestly feel like its some kind of fraud or scam that is being run.
