  This is a F'ing scam. These guys took my Money on two cars and then I find out that not one but both policies did not go through. I have tried to resolve this for over 6 months and have not fix my cars!!! They are just awful. Never been treated so bad!!

  I have been a paying customer with ********************** since May 2024 and never filed a claim for any warranty work. I have paid my monthly premium on time, each month. Today, I need to have my vehicle serviced because my check engine light is on yesterday and this awful company tells me, "you coverage with *** was canceled" however my payment for May was deducted and paid in full. Apparently, they are working to replace DLP but who knows. This company is hanging their hat on, well we sent an email on June 13, 2025 to make all affected customers aware. I am totally disgusted with this company and I would not recommend them to my worse enemy. Don't believe it and be aware, seems more like a scam to me and I am probably a victim. Please take your monies somewhere else.

  My car had been towed away from the very shop that made the engine breakdown claim for my **** a6 that was towed there since march 17, 2025 under warranty which the shop called and made the claim. The **** sat there for 1 month and a half before an inspector came out and when he did there was no more communication from the claims department on there end or my end until I called and they said the claim was denied and wanted me to refer to cancelation department, but never emailed me or contacted the shop. Now as of this day June 13, ******************************************************** that the tow company came and got my car **************************************************************************** $500 for my own car that was supposed to be trusted under snoopdrive warranty and this is ridiculous.

  First and foremost, we offer our sincerest apologies for Mr. ******** poor experience with one of our former warranty administrators. Due to complaints of this nature, such as the administrator taking too long to authorize/deny claims, we are no longer doing business with that specific provider. While we understand that there were delays in an adjuster coming out, that does not account for Mr. ******** lack of communication with his chosen repair facility and, subsequently, the tow facility. Once the claim was denied, customers have the responsibility to arrange pick up of their vehicle and cannot leave it at the repair facility. This is a standard practice in auto repair. We cannot speak on behalf of the tow company's contact or lack thereof, but again, there is a responsibility to communicate with the tow company and arrange pickup of the vehicle before it escalates to the point described above. Once more, we offer our sincerest apologies for the delayed claim and denial on behalf of the administrator, but we are not involved with the outcome of the vehicle once a claim is denied. We highly recommend working directly with the tow facility to resolve this matter.

  I decided to use this company since it was offered through work with great rates and same coverage I spent way more money on but I filed a claim which has been escalated to replace motor and they are denying stating it was a previous issue. No the issue happened during a trip away from home in which was a weekend with no available options but to drive home misfiring until I could schedule an appointment with a garage and have someone available with the warranty coverage. I didn't even submit the tow bill charge they should cover since I had no way to reach anyone.

  We are sorry that this customer had a bad experience.  Upon working with the administrator to research her claim we see she was declined for having a pre-existing condition.  Her engine was misfiring over ***** times... and they concluded that didn't happen in the ***** miles that she has driven since she bought the policy.  SnoopDrive has multiple administrators and all have the same policy that they will not approve a claim with a pre-existing condition.  We have no calls from this customer other than a request for a copy of her policy which we sent to her immediately.  We are happy to help with the tow fees if she reaches out to us directly.

  I had a great experience with this company. I found them through my employer. I've had warranties in the past and I was never sure what I was getting or about the price. It was different here, my employee discount was huge and it was super easy. Great find.

  There is no way this is legit company. Only a single phone number to call that puts you in a waiting que for eternity. How does one get a claim filed if no one will pick up the phone. I've been calling for hours for almost 2 days now. There was an option to leave your number and someone return your call, no that didn't happen either. I say this is a scam.

  We have since addressed ******************** concerns. SnoopDrive is a multi-provider platform with several A+-rated companies. During the claims approval process, the customer is sent directly to the provider to finalize the claim. Unfortunately, ******************** provider had experienced an office fire and was temporarily offline when she reached out. We were able to escalate to a service manager and get her claim handled expeditiously.
