I had a dummy light come on and cruise control wasnt working. Took the truck to my mechanic and he said to fix it I would need a preprogrammed ABS module and to call Premier Auto Parts and speak to ****. I called them on 2/1/24 and spoke to ****. Told him I needed a preprogrammed ABS module for the make and model of my pickup plus gave him the *** so to be sure to get the correct part. He quoted me $444.95 for the module plus shipping and that if I wasnt satisfied or if there was a problem there was a 60 day cash back guarantee. The part arrived a few days later. I called my mechanic on 2/7/24 but he couldnt get me in but called me on 2/16/24 with an opening and I took it right then. I returned 2 hrs later. The mechanic told me it was the wrong part, that they had cut it off another used vehicle and it wasnt preprogrammed. I said ok, not a problem other than the hassle of shipping it back because I had a 60 day guarantee. I called Premier Auto once on 2/17/24 and twice on 2/19/24 & left messages but never received a return call. Called 2/21/24 asked for **** and spoke to ******* (sounded exactly like **** with same accent). Told him it was the wrong part and I requested full refund and prepaid shipping label. He asked me why, said there was no such thing as a preprogrammed ABS module and they didnt sell new parts. Told him thats what I asked for but didnt want the part anyway and wanted my refund please. Over the next 41 minutes he argued with me about the their return policy and changed the amount 5 times from Ill give you $100 but I pay the shipping to you keep the part and Ill return $100 to there is no refund and maam Im trying to help you repeated over and over. After over a dozen e-mails he says he is refunding me $294 after I take pictures of the part, use his shipping label and he has received the part. I got an email 3/6/24 refund/pending statement. I as of today still havent received any refund in my credit card account.

On 9/15/2023 I talked to this company about getting an extended warranty on my truck. The lady I was talking to told me it will cover my exhaust system including my catalytic convertors. Once I received my policy after buying it, I saw where it does not cover any part of my exhaust system. I ordered there best plan they have and was charged $108 to start it. I contacted them back saying I wanted to cancel my policy and I was told I will receive my refund in 3 to 5 days. Its been over 7 and still no refund and no one will return my call.
