5 stars***** did a great job of finding a shipper for my car from ************** to ***********. He was helpful and very responsive and the shipping went smoothly and only took a few days once it was booked. I've got two of my vehicles transported by them from ** to **. I dropped my cars off Monday and got them Friday. It was my first time shipping cars instead of driving, so I didn't know what to expect. I was a bit concerned when the dispatcher told me that the driver had gotten an allergic reaction and he was unable to travel. Good thing nothing serious, the next day, I got my first update, a picture from the driver with both of my cars on the truck in South ********. The rest of the process was smooth. I was using multiple trackers, so I always knew the location of my vehicles. During the whole process, I got quick responses to my questions. ***** was quick to respond to all my messages. Thank you!Here are my main tips: be ready to negotiate the price, expect to drive your car to the big parking lot for pick up and drop off, and please don't forget to leave a tracker device (Airtag). 5 starsABC Auto Shipping did a great job transporting my Tesla Model 3 from Southern ** to *********** and a second time from northern ** to **. The entire transportation went smoothly. The agent I worked with was ***** who helped me from start to finish. He answered all my questions and was very responsive through texts and emails. 5 starsArman is the absolute BEST! I was a nervous wreck about shipping our car long distance. I didnt know what to expect and how everything would work logistically. ***** was very clear with the process and was able to put my mind at ease. He was completely transparent, incredibly responsive/communicative and just an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always following up to make sure everything was going smoothly and open to answer any question I had (and there were a lot. Haha!). ***** conducted himself professionally and was always available to answer questions. He worked tirelessly to get my car from the West Coast back East for a good price to ship within two weeks of my request. This is the second time that I used them in four years. I recently had to find a reliable car shipping company to move my car from ******* to Southern **********. There are a lot of companies out there and honestly, until you receive your car on the back end, you just never know what you're going to get. Well, let me end all your searching and tell you that ABC Auto Shipping is the company to use, hands down. I settled on them after a long search and I could not have been happier. Arman was an absolutepleasure and easy to deal with. He was extremely communicative, honest and upfront about all costs and how the entire process would work. Shipping a car from ******* to ** is not a heavily traffickedroute and he was honest with me and let me know it may take a couple of weeks to find a truck. And less than a day after that, he was able to secure a truck and even helped lower the cost with the driver. He sent me videos of how the process would work, what it looked like and texted and called with updates when he said he would. When my car finally landed in Southern **********, he sent me videos of my car, how it looked and very easily arranged pick up. I can not say enough good things about Arman and his customer service and ********************** throughout the entire process. I would give 10 stars if I could and will easily use him again if I need to.
