      Horrible don't buy anything with them, they don't solve anything, it's the worst thing I've seen in the industry.

      Horrible. Purchased contract in 2018. Canceled in 2020. Called multiple times. Always get answering service and no one calls you back.I'm going to a TV station to air my story if this doesn't get resolved. I wouldn't give ANY stars if that was An option.

      Terrible business relation. You can't get anyone directly via phone. You have to leave a message with their answering service for someone to call you back. I've been trying to receive my cancelation prorated money back from my purchase date 2019. They have helped with nothing. They don't call you back after the first call. I called 5 days in row and no return call. They lied about when they received my cancelation letter. I could go on and on about this company. It shouldn't be this difficult to get my money back as it wasn't difficult to take my money. I wouldn't suggest this company to anybody.

      I paid for my contract when I finished and I needed to use service they did not cover nothing.so I asked to refund me my ****. Dollars back and they told me to send them a notarized letter with request and I have done it three times and I never hear from them. I call and they do not return my calls

      Terrible customer **********************. Every time you call it's an answering service regardless of the time of day. Left multi messages and no call back. As soon as my contract balance was paid in full my access to the website was terminated. Still trying....

      This company has refused to pay any claim we have filed. We could have paid for all the repairs with the amount spent for the "coverage" they claimed when they sold us the policy. They refused a claim saying that it wasn't an emergency when the truck broke down on the way to the repair shop.
