    I paid over $100 on a back pack August 17th I emailed this is the reply We previously informed you that the bag you ordered is currently unavailable. If you're interested, you can explore other options from our collection by visiting this link: ********************************************************** I was never informed the backpack was not available and inquired about a different back this is the reply Thank you for your message. The Monopolist Anti-Theft Backpack in black is available, and it will take 48 business hours to ship. We will begin processing your order right away. Thank you for your patience and understanding!I did not receive this backpack I inquired about a refund and have not gotten a response

    Customer demanded for a refund upon knowing that her order can't be shipped asap we are still waiting for the new stocks. Customer was already refunded with the full amount. I can submit a proof of refund if needed.

    Mark Ryden USA is unresponsive to inquiries about their return process. The company does not provide any alternative solutions the get in contact with with them except via email. It seems willfully deceptive. I will now have to dispute the charges on my card as it has been a week with utter silence.

    Customer wants a free return but we can't provide a label since we do not offer free returns to undamaged bags. She wants to return the bag that's not damaged or defective and her reason is change of mind. We already gave our return address but she asked for a return label.
