      I have been unable to get a response on when my claim(s) will be paid. I have communicated on several occasions starting on February 10th 2024 that I am unable to use the codes on PayPal. I keep getting the message We could not verify the code or date of birth you provided. Correct your data and try again. If you believe there is an error, contact Stretto. On April 18th I received an email saying my date of birth was updated. However I am still getting the same error message. I have been trying to get in contact with them and I still cannot get an actual response.

      I am supposed to receive a bankruptcy settlement (paid mostly in cryptocurrency) and the distribution is being handled by Stretto. Like many others, I had my claim code rejected by PayPal/Venmo. PayPal's customer service found nothing wrong with my personal info or KYC documents. I was told to contact Stretto, which I did but only received a generic/automated email referring me to their FAQ page. I received another email from Stretto around this time that informed me that my claim could not be serviced by PayPal/Venmo and to "Please be patient as we work with our ********************* to determine next steps and actions that will be required of you." That was on February 9, it is now April 2 and they have not given me any updates on what is going on with my claim. I am afraid they have done something terribly wrong (and possibly outside the law) with their clients' assets because I have never been pushed off and ignored this long by a legitimate business.
