We paid $2960 to Semaphore on 1/11/2022 to establish a business entity for my son, who is a minor. On February 4, 2022, I received an email that the ** ********** of ***** did not log their submission, so they were resending it. On April 7, 2022, I contacted the PA ********** of ***** and was told that the application was rejected on March 30, 2022 because a docketing statement was not included, and that we would have to wait another 6-7 weeks for processing. I contacted Semaphore that day and stated that due to the mistakes and the lack of communication from Semaphore, we would like to wait until he was 18 to form a business and would like a refund because the service was essentially not provided. That same day (4/7), I was told that they understood and would issue a check for unfilled services, and would intercept the current filing. I received a check for $570 (which I did not cash), and on May 24, I sent another email requesting a full refund. On May 31, I received a response and was told to call the Chief ************************************************ via phone at *************. This correspondence was with *********************** via email. I called ********************** on 5/31 via phone and spoke with him; he seemed to want to work together to find a resolution we were both happy with. On 5/31/22, he left a voicemail with me stating that he would get back to me the next day. I never heard from him again. I call and leave messages about once a month and do not hear back. At this point, I would like a complete refund, as the promised service was never provided.
