    **** and his Woodland Builder team are the best of the best. They showed up on time, cleaned up and kept within their estimate. **** is a fantastic listener and make sure that I understood what he was doing and when each phase was going to happen. The quality of his work is fantastic and he worked hard to fix the problems that I was having with my build. I have no qualms about recommending him to my friends and neighbors. They will be fortunate and very satisfied if they choose him for their builds.

    ******* was absolutely on top of his work . He was on site for his work and had very professional men working along with him. ******* was very honest and did an absolutely perfect work and I would definitely hire home again and I would recommend him to my friends and relatives.

    I enjoyed working with Woodland Builders with the exterior repairs on my home. They were very professional and paid attention to detail. The communication was excellent, and the job was done on time as scheduled. I recommended them to our client, and they hired them for a remodel of the interior and exterior of another property.

    **** is a an extremely experienced, professional, and straightforward GC. He has done multiple projects for us including repairing wood rot and custom cabinetry. He completed projects in a timely fashion and had great communication throughout. I give him a very strong recommendation!

    I was introduced to Woodland Builder by Clean Cut Termite because my house had some termite damage that needed repair prior to fumigation. **** came out and did a thorough inspection. I decided to go with him over two other companies because one company wanted to replace more wood than probably was needed and the other didnt think much needed to be done. ***** repair analysis made most sense and his quote was reasonable. ******* came out to do the wood repair. He is meticulous and skilled in what he does and I can tell he takes pride in his work.Another issue I had was water leaking through my balcony. Turns out Woodland Builder also does water proofing system for decks and balconies. I decided to go with them again over another company because they are able to avoid cutting into the tiles along the sides of the balcony. ****** was the site manager and ******* applied the water proofing system to our balcony. They were a good team and did an excellent job. Again I was impressed with the amount of detail and attention ******* put into his work. Any concerns I had was addressed by ****** who was very courteous and helpful. **** came by frequently to check on the progress and when all the work was done, they cleaned up everything.I highly recommend Woodland Builder because of their expertise, honesty, professionalism. It was a pleasure working with **** and his crew!
