      Dealing with Smart Systems Technologies was exactly how my wife and I would hope and expect all service providers to be. They were extremely patient with us as we navigated through the process of researching various alarm systems. We never felt pressured to buy. and we never felt as though we were just another alarm system subscriber. Our questions were answered in-depth, and their recommendations matched OUR needs, not theirs as a service company. Once we decided to sign-up with this company, our system was set up in matter of days - the process was streamlined, and expectations were met as promised. Most importantly, our family feels protected and safe. We would strongly recommend this company without hesitation! A big thank you to ***** (I believe he is the owner) and his staff for making this such an easy and pleasant experience
