    This company is a scam. Theyre so black and white. Their customer service is terrible. Anyone thinking about using helium 10 should seriously consider other alternatives with better customer service.Their refund policy is terrible! They literally do not offer refunds even for genuine mistakes.They constantly refer to their terms of service. They really have no empathy and wont let anything slip by.Even if you havent used their services for months. They wont even offer partial refunds.Like this is the only company ive ever dealt with that doesnt offer refunds for services you do not use.They can see the last time you logged in and whether youve used the product or not. Yet they still refer you to their TOS and dont offer any refunds.Everyone knows that things happen, its not always black and white, therere gray areas.This company does not care! Im switching to manage by stats where they actually value me as a customer and would refund me for services i did not use.

    I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this company like the plague. They will reactivate your free trial account that you cancelled saying that the fine print states it is equivalent to your account taking a nap and wakes up automatically every 6months. They justify it by a email that gets sent 7 days before as if you are going to look at just mail from a subscription you cancelled. These guys are crooks and offer no reimbursement for their shady practices. AVOID!!!

    Helium10 unpaused my subscription and reactivated it without any notice and then refused to refund my money, despite the fact I sent them a request within an hour of them charging my account. They went to EXTREME lengths to deny my request, debating me and my evidence at every turn. The amount of money they spent on staff spending time to deny my request for a refund probably exceeds the $99 they refuse to refund me. That tells you everything you need to know about what this company will do if you ask them to help you with a billing question. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Their data, UX/UI and service isn't even that great to begin with!

    I tried canceling this and somehow they just suspended it for 6 months. It was clear I never used it and even logged in after that. They charged me and I called them a few days later and they said they look into it. They came back and told me nothing could be done. I have the chat record from 6 months ago saying I wanted it canceled and well this company clearly does not care about people and only one how to cut and paste generic responses. Its only *********************************************************** The that reps are useless and they cant even have a person to call to talk to. I want my money back.

    This platform for optimizing listings and advertising campaigns on Amazon (mainly) displays deceptive advertising in its services, shows poor performance of the add-ons, and provides terrible customer support. It presents subscription plans and add-ons separately, and in fact, you need to have a subscription to add an add-on. I decided to try Adtomic, so I activated the cheapest subscription at $39 and added an add-on to it for $199. It's worth mentioning that this platform has a money-back guarantee if it doesn't function properly within 7 days of use. I followed the video instructions to start, and out of 4 automatic campaigns that were supposed to launch, only one started and generated no sales, while the rest were incomplete on Amazon. I contacted three customer service representatives who couldn't give me a concrete answer about whether this was normal or if I could turn off the campaign that was running without sales. All they did was send me a link with frequently asked questions where it says that data should be loaded within 24 hours, not 72, and everything should run correctly. After 24 hours, the situation remained the same. I requested a refund of my money just 2 days after starting this subscription and using the Add-On for the first time, and they refused. They said they could only give me credit on their platform because what I have isn't a new subscription I had already opened the account in March and used it for a month, which is why they can't refund the $39 for the subscription. I said, okay, then refund me the $199 for the Add-On that is NOT a subscription (in fact, they are listed separately on the website), and they refused. In addition to losing my money on a subscription and an Add-On that doesn't work, the active campaign spent money, and the company refuses to provide a refund. It was a terrible experience that only caused me to lose money.

    Program has so many issues, we shared with their customer service..We tested at 5 different computers, does not show required datas.We shared videos, screenshots with customer service, technical team..they kept saying that THEY DO NOT SEE ANY PROBLEM AT PROGRAM WHENEVER THEY RUN AT THEIR COMPUTERS.I asked them please connect to our computers and show us!Their company policy does not allow them to connect ************.I have not seen any other cx service worse than Helium 10 Program does not show data's that should show they do not accept program cancelation ( 1 year membership)They do not connect to our computers to show it

    Great Company that listens to its customers. **************** is quick to access with a support team that quickly resolves or gives insight on any questions or concerns I've had. Would refer them to anyone looking to sell products on Amazon or ********
