    For the last two pay periods advantage solutions has withheld my pay. The last check I received was July 10th, 2023. I had quit on july 22nd, 2023, due to rule changes that affected my disability. I have also not received a termination letter when requested. I have emails showing that communication. I am diagnosed with autism and require a headphone to help me focus for work. It also helps me avoid getting over stimulated, and prevents a breakdown. I was told by a BJ's wholesale manager (at the ******, ***** location), that headphones were not allowed. Advantage has a contract with BJ's for handing out product samples. A change that also affected safe transportation to and from work was, required hours to work policy. It basically stated that we could only clock in at 11:15am and could only leave at 5:15pm. This change affected me due to the fact that I rely on public transportation. I originally to this position where I could schedule myself in and do my six hours when I could catch the bus. The bangor bus system is not always reliable so having that flexibility helped greatly.At this point in time I would like to receive my hiring letter, and letter of termination. Along with my back pay, and paystubs. Since I live in subsidized housing this is documentation I need to provide to prevent becoming homeless.
