    Orderd a key because I messed my keyboard up, it arrived and I had zero issues. Took 2 weeks but no issues

    I have reached out to them many times as I never received my key. I have left multiple voice messages and sent several emails but I have never received any response from them. They are terrible. They have not even offered me a refund of any kind. I think this is a scam.

    Ordered a key from laptop, received tracking number that didn't work. Item was never sent, support email never responded to requests for refund or additional tracking info.

    ***************** doesn't exist! I was sent the wrong model key after matching to their site, I tried reaching out through email with included pictures as well as fileing a return request. I've even called and left messages. It's been a month and still nothing. Watch out, replacement laptop keys is a scam.
