    HUGE SCAM ! I would like to give zero stars. Contracted with them for six months because of a one star review from a someone I did not service and do not recognize. Instead, they kept stalling month after month until it added up to $1200. Never heard a word from them throughout the process until I complained and now I receive daily emails asking for meetings. Stay away from these people theyre horrible!

    I signed our business up with Dandy to take care of some reviews I had unsuccessfully tried to have removed. You must sign up for an entire year long contract, then they disappear with no account checkins except if you ask about adding more services. It took me 3 months to try to make contact prior to our "renewal" for another year, and when I finally met with someone they claimed they'd give me an extension and when I wrote back one day after our renewal date to say we've decided not to continue for another year, they claimed our renewal had already been completed and we are stuck for another year. The account rep that lied to me tried to say "oh, I only meant I could get it extended if you want to add services, but if you want to cancel you would have to talk to billing." Now it's been a week and I get no response from anyone regarding my issues. Clearly they don't have a viable business model, so they scam people in to 1 year contracts that auto renew while giving you no options on your own to cancel your account other than going to support who never responds to you. Absolute scam of a company, just ****** Dandy Review Removal Scam and see how many results you get. Boy do I feel foolish that I got sucked in, hoping others steer clear!!!!

    ZERO STARS!! HOW IS THIS COMPANY LEGALLY ALLOWED TO SPAM BUSINESSES? LOOK AT ALL THESE COMPLAINTS!! THEY CONSTANTLY SPAM OUR BUSINESS & ORIGINALLY, I POLITELY REPLIED TO REMOVE ** FROM THEIR LIST AS WE DON'T NEED THEIR SERVICES. BUT, I ASSUME IT'S NOT A HUMAN I WAS REPLYING TO. FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW, THEY JUST CONTINUE TO DISRUPT OUR BUSINESS. I HAVE EMAILED 10+ TIMES ASKING TO STOP. I HAVE ****TED WITH THE **** FEATURE ON THEIR WEBSITE, WHICH PROMISED IT WAS RECTIFIED. THAT'S NOT TRUE. THEY'VE CONTACTED US 3X THE LAST 3 DAYS. AS A BUSINESS, WE HAVE A FORM FOR OUR CUSTOMERS TO SIGN STATING THEY GIVE PERMISSION FOR US TO CONTACT THEM. SO AGAIN, HOW IS IT LEGAL FOR THIS COMPANY TO CONTINUE TO HARASS OTHERS??
