  After the website not being able to "VERIFY" my information. A representative named ***** ***** asked for additional documentation to verify the information on my application. I provided my passport, social security card, bank statement, and also even a insurance bill. And all I got was we are unable to verify your information and can not proceed and thats it!. I've never been turned away with anybody I've chosen to do business with even after over providing documents to verify it is me. If someone from corporate can please reach out to me I would greatly appreciate it. So we can go over more in depth of the decision from representative ***** *****.

  I have been using itrust capital for about 3 months. I put the Max in for 2024. For 2025 my account is showing 0 dollars allowed to be contributed. I contacted customer service via phone and email and both were unhelpful at best. Now when I log in it shows I have no balance. It doesn't even show my account number or name. Nothing. I just gave them 7500$ what am absolute scam of a company. After reading everyone else's reviews about trying to get money out I'm dreading this process. I should have trusted my gut when going with this company over some of the other ones. I just didn't want to pay the management fees. ****** learned for next time. This is the worst company I've given money to

  We responded to this client's review and gave him a call yesterday. The issue he is describing is a front facing display error and does not materially impact his account. We also have thousands of 5 star reviews on ****** and TrustPilot describing our smooth withdrawal process. We're more than happy to help this customer leave our platform in an expedited fashion. He has full access to his account and we will fix the display issue as soon as we can. Once again, the issues he is describing do not impact his account or ability to access his funds.

  Dont trust ItrustCapital. Ive had a **** *** account with them for over three years and have experienced only a few minor problems with buying or selling crypto. The problem comes when trying to execute a distribution. I decided to withdraw funds and started the distribution process on September 24th. The next day, they sent me a form to fill out in order to process the distribution. One week later, they sent me another email stating that the form they sent was the wrong form and that certain information was missing - even though it was the form that they had sent and it was filled out with all information that ******** requested. So within 24 hours, a new form was sent and returned through ********. The next day, I received an email stating that the new document was accepted and that I was in the queue for approval. Another three days elapsed before I was notified by email that the withdrawal had been approve and that I needed to schedule a Zoom meeting for certification. The earliest date that they had available for a Zoom call was 5 days away. I made the appointment for the Zoom call with ******. The meeting lasted about ten minutes where she just asked for the same information that I had submitted on the withdrawal request form. At the end of the meeting she stated that everything was in order and that I will see the funds transferred to my personal bank account within 1 to 3 days. After a week of waiting, no funds had appeared in my account so I emailed her to find out what the status was. A **** ******* returned the email and stated that the funds transfer had just been approved and that this was an unusual situation where somehow they dropped the ball. He assured me that he would personally see to the transfer. It is now one week after receiving the last email from Mr. ******* and four weeks from my initial withdrawal request, and still there have been 0 (zero) funds transferred to my bank. I emailed him two days ago and have not received a response.

  I have been using Itrust for almost a year. I invested into Enjin coin which forked. That means The token address for that coin was changing. Itrust Cap. froze trading on Enjin. I reached out to them expressing concern. I opted to take a distribution. The destruction process was straight forward. With a crypto withdrawal there was a wallet test deposit, a over the phone interview was scheduled, and then the withdrawal was approved. I went through the whole process and received my distribution. I am pleased with Itrust Capitol and I am also about to transfer another deposit from my other retirement accounts. I just hope that they will be around for the long run!**********

  Please be careful putting your money into an Itrust Capital account. For the last 3 weeks I have had issues with buy and sell orders. They have not been able to fix the issue so my money is held by them with no way to get it. Even got the direct number and email address for ************** the ** of Client Experience. He doesn't answer the phone and has stopped answering my emails.Thank twice before trusting Itrust Capital with your money.

  While iTrust Capitals *** gets mostly positive reviews, it seems most of its customers have not tried to go through the distribution process. The website states it takes **** days after the Distribution Form has been signed and returned. It has now been 4 weeks and I still have not received my funds. Their support phone number allows you talk to a real person for onboarding so that they may help you deposit funds but it is impossible to talk to someone in the ************************ They also use Zendesk for email correspondence and will not give you a direct email address. I am very unhappy with this process and the lack of customer service. They just don't seem to care about anything except getting your funds.
