    Complaint against Rescue One Financial Summary of the Complaint:I am submitting a complaint against Rescue One Financial for misrepresentation and failure to deliver the services they promised. ****** *******, a representative from Rescue One, assured me on October 7, 2022 that she would personally handle my debt consolidation and that I would not be working with ******************* (FDR), a company I explicitly did not want to engage with.Despite Shawnas promises, I was placed into a program with FDR, directly contradicting her assurance. After signing the agreement, ****** ceased communication, leaving me to deal with ***, who mishandled my debts, took hefty fees, and failed to negotiate settlements effectively. *** has a documented history of predatory practices, and I was knowingly enrolled in their services without my ********** a result, I suffered a loss of over $10,000 in fees paid to FDR, without any meaningful debt resolution. The financial harm, coupled with the emotional distress of dealing with increasing debts, miscommunication, and broken promises, has been overwhelming. I have lost substantial time and energy trying to resolve this issue.Resolution Requested:I seek a full refund of the fees I paid to Rescue One and FDR that were not used to settle my debts. I also request compensation for the additional interest and penalties incurred due to their negligence, as well as for the emotional distress and stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, I request that any negative marks on my credit report be removed and that Rescue One be held accountable for their deceptive business practices i will also be uploading pictures of the emails i had with ****** ******* now a senior financial consulatant as simple path financial as you can see i accuse her of having me deal with her and her only , she does not refute any of that at all
