1 starThis is a MAJOR SCAM! They DO NOT work with your current processor - they are trying to solicit information from you. Do not fall into the trap. I placed them on hold, during which time they hung up. When I called back, they argued with me about who they were & what they were doing. (After hanging up on me a dozen additional times.) Do not send statements!! Contact your Processor who would always call you directly if there were issues or overcharges with your account - and would NEVER ask you for your information.Review fromDeb N

1 starI am glad I came here to search for them. They do call often and I told the office to send them over because there is not way to get rid of them unless I tell them no. Did not work. Yes they keep calling. I am not going to send my information to anyone. I do not process credit cards in my office at all. The customer has to do this from their computer or write me a check. Simple as that. They knew I used Quickbooks and they had my email address as well.Review fromTammi S

1 starThis company contacted us today, pretending to be our current processing company, telling us we were overcharged and I need to email them our statements so they can fix it, giving me code. Since he knew nothing about how the statement was put together and where to find anything, I did not give her any numbers or information. She asked that I send it over now, while we were on the phone. I told her I would need to look into it more before I sent anything over. She said she is going to call back in a few hours if she doesn't hear from me. I contacted our company, who did not reach out and said they feel that was a scam. 1 starAs has been noted by many others, these people call several times a week and never take you off their list even though we request them to every time. You have to hang up on them to get them to stop talking. Hang up, don't engage.Review fromKayla P

1 starThis company is the absolute worst. They contact us everyday, multiple times a day from different phone numbers asking the same questions and not taking no for an answer. This last time I told them to never call back again and to immediate take us off their list (I have asked them to take us off their Call List dozens and dozens of times, they do not care to listen). With their hyper aggressive sales tactics and blatant disregard to simply listen to what the person on the other end of the line is requesting this tells me our business can never trust this company. We don't have time for their harassing behavior, they are interrupting our business. Please take us off your call list immediately.Review fromKeri E.

"*****************" called from QuickBooks Merchant Services, stating we had been overcharged for Novembers merchant services. After sending a statement, I realized my mistake. My QuickBooks professional confirmed, nothing is wrong with our merchant account. This is a scam.

1 starThe agent told me that my credit card fees would be a flat rate of 1.2% with no additional charge but they charge me over 3% plus service fee. I call the agent up and he tell me to wait for my refund but it been over a month and they still charge me over 3%.
