      Our mortgage escrow account with New Rez is being managed by a third party name corelogic. We paid off on our mortgage loan in March and at the same time, they sent a tax payment to San Diego tax assesor. The San Diego tax assessor returned the funds back to Corelogic on April 8th 2024. I have been calling for months to get my refund back as it was Corelogic's error to send the tax payment. They keep saying different things to my and not resolving the issue by refunding me my funds.       Dear Better Business Bureau,I trust this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to seek your assistance in addressing a matter of concern regarding inaccurate information on my credit report, specifically related to rental history. This issue, which involves CoreLogic, has adversely affected my ability to secure housing, and despite my efforts, I have been unable to resolve it satisfactorily.Upon reviewing my credit report, I have identified inaccuracies in the rental history information provided by CoreLogic. These inaccuracies are not only false but are also causing significant challenges in securing suitable housing. As a consumer, I understand that it is my right, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (****), to dispute and seek correction of any inaccuracies on my credit report.I have attached supporting documentation, including copies of my credit report highlighting the inaccuracies, for your reference. I am seeking the Better Business Bureau's intervention to help facilitate the resolution of this matter and ensure the prompt correction or removal of the inaccurate rental history information.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this issue and work towards a resolution in line with the **** guidelines. I am willing to provide any additional information necessary to assist in the investigation process.Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Please keep me informed of the progress of the investigation and the steps being taken to address the inaccuracies. Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter.

      Contacted Privacy at CoreLogic beginning October 23, 2022 with this request: Please do not share my information, please erase/delete my information/account and please let me know once you have completed my request. As I did not receive a response I sent follow up emails on November 22, 2022 and December 18, 2022. According to CoreLogic's Privacy Policy the email is to be sent to: ********************* which is where I sent all emails.
