    In August I contacted "Student Loan Relief Centers" as I found them on a ****** search. They made immediate offers to help get my loans forgiven with an "Income Driven Repayment Plan" (which actually is a thing), and that they would be directing payments to my loan servicer. They asked for and took my information to start a repayment plan that included 5 monthly payments of $239.80, then there would be 10 to 20 years of $0 payments before my loan would be forgiven up to $20,000. I paid for 4 months to this third party company, and in return, there has been no payments applied to my loans. My bank flagged these payments, and after talking to my servicer, it was recommended to cease payments and change my bank card, as this all was seeming to be a scam. All websites and account info that have been shared with me by Student Loan Relief Centers and are supposed to be direct sites for them have not worked and denied me access with the account information that they provided me. When I call them, everyone talks fast and are very difficult to understand, and they avoid direct answers to direct questions. They did originally provide a reference number and requested my payment information, promising debt relief. There has been no evidence that they have made any efforts to provide the services that they promised, and seem to be just taking my money. They have not tried to resolve any of these issues, and they are untrustworthy. I am filing as many disputes with this as I can. I hope to keep other people from falling for this.

    It started in January 2022, I paid $239.00 and $100 dollars a month for 9 months. The total being $1,039 dollars. They were supposed to help me with my student loan debt. I did not receive any services with my debt problem. I have contacted them twice with no success with getting a refund. I would like a refund for services not rendered.

    This company offered services charging $899 to check qualifying and assistance for student loan forgiveness. I explained I had private loans through Sofi, they said that was no problem, and proceeded to charge me. My private loans do not qualify due to being private. They are balking and stalling about a refund. They shouldve known I would not qualify, and not charge me for services that would not result in re-structure. They are performing either grossly incompetent, or fraudulent. I spoke with another counselor named ***** about another program that I wasnt interested in. After explaining my situation, he agreed I was do a refund, but he couldnt process it. This is where they are stalling, or telling me they rendered services. I am deploying for 6 months at the end of next week, and the phone number given is my wifes number. She has full power of attorney to handle my affairs.
