    Hello,My name is ***************** and I wanted to file a complain again a company STUDENT LOAN AID/START FRESH FINANCIAL that was making student repayments on my behalf since October 2014 until March 2020 to my lenders. This company approached me through the telephone and introduced me the Loan Forgiveness Program within 10 years of payments that I would be eligible for the loan forgiveness. I joined them in Sept 2014 with the thought that they would help me simplifying the process of repayments of my student loans. However, I contacted my lenders today in regard my PSLS form just to find out how many payments I had made but unfortunately, they told me that I had not made any payment since 2014 which really shocked me in ways that I couldnt believe what I was hearing and I told my lenders that I had made $105.83 monthly repayments since October 2014 till March 2020 due to COVID19 so they stopped taking payments. This company used the ******************************* to process payments for them and when I called the ************************** and they said that they only processed the payments for START FRESH FINANCIAL. My goal is to recover the funds I made to them or they could fix this problem by making payments to my lender so that I would be qualified for my student loan payment count.
